GRATEFUL FOR MICHAEL and HIS CREW'S Service~

There had been an issues with the first television and Michael called Customers Service and had a new one ordered. He then came out and installed the new one which worked well! I was very grateful for his help, and his communication that helped cut through some of the red tape with the initial television.
