Questionable

The problem was Best Buy kept canceling the appointments just before they were to arrive. The phone person in Mexico was no help at all. Thankfully you have a great store manager (Brian) in Quakertown PA. He was able to get someone to my house to do the uninstall. You need to have a better phone system so that you can talk to the actual store you are doing business with.

The guys were great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a 75 inch TV on the recommendation of the Best Buy IHC (in home consult) guy that came to our house and measured and recommended what we should buy. Huge mistake but that is for another review. The 75inch was installed without any problems at all, it just looked completely ridiculous for the space we were putting it in. So GeekSquad came out and took it down and reinstalled a 65 inch for us. No problems with either install or the removal of the 75 inch. The guys were great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, did a really professional job.

Unexpected Purchase

The service person found this out right away. He informed me that he had one on his truck that he could install for me #$99/$100. After having such a hard time scheduling this appointment it was in my best interest to purchase and get the job done.

Excellent follow up service

The service person immediately let Best Buy know, so they would elevate the urgency of getting a new television installed. Another television was installed within a week.
