Geek Squad, came out and did a very professional job hanging my TV and showing me how it works.

They took down my tv purchase which was defective and put up the replacement tv. No muss no fuss.

The uninstall of the TV was perfect and the technician was pleasant and punctual. Thank you.

I was so pleased with our installation and overall service. The agents needed to work in a tight NYC apartment. And when they discovered that the mounting bracket I had ordered from Best Buy wasn't ideal for my TV, they provided the right one at a lower cost. The final installation looked perfect. They were so polite and left everything clean and tidy.

First bought tv that was actually last years model, but wasn't told it was. Almost immediately, we started having "no signal" issues/messages. Geek squad came out twice, thinking it was the HDMI cable being pinched in the "hide a cable tracking" ,despite a used substitute tv worked on that cable. But the issue continued. Finally when they came out again the tv blacked out, then they knew it was a bad unit/tv. That size tv was not available, so we had to swap it for a larger 65" same model/brand (LG).

From the sales person in the store to the Geek squad install crew I have nothing but the highest praise. These people were great! Very knowledgeable and very helpful and respectful to me. Great team all the way around!!

The agent was fantastic. He disconnected all our stuff that was attached to our TV and connected it to the new one. We have less of a mess of wires now. He adjusted and checked everything to make sure everything was connected properly and working right.

Used Total Tech Support service for this and the service was great. Installation was fast and neatly done. Cost was very reasonable.

The true Geek Squad only works Tuesday thru Thursday! I had this install scheduled for a Monday and received a rude call from a third party install team member late Sunday night who threatened to cancel my install if I didn’t call back that evening, mind you it’s 8:30 on a Sunday evening. Then tells us he wouldn’t be here until after 5:00pm, ok fine. Then no show! Had to rebook this install with the store manager and wait another week, and we are Total Tech Members I guess that doesn’t get you much anymore. Second install team (Geek Squad) employees did a good job mounting our television back on the wall and hooking up our sound bar.

Great service and assistance from the team. But was surprised the service was removed as a courtesy with the paid membership.
