Great Guys - they j=knew what to do and they did a great job. pleasant and clean

They did a great job and had to come back after the first TV had to be replaced because of a defect.

They did a good job of removing the old HDTV and moving it to another room. However, I had disconnected all of the components and removed all furniture from the area so that they could get to remove and install.

Geek squad uninstalled a75 in TV AND INSTALLED A 75 IN REPLACEMENT PERFECTLY and got everything up and running in no time.

This stand is very solid and has the feature that allows the TV to swivel for viewers sitting at an angle to the stand. Geek squad techs who delivered the TV that I purchased set up the stand which is something I couldn't have done myself. The TV I purchased is a 65 inch screen and fits perfectly on the stand.

Geek squad was so nice. I inform them about Best Buy services and how they mis charge me. Geek squad they will place a ticket and call them to inform they would give me a solution. Geek squad has always been helpful. Best Buy still has not reach out to me about issues.

There was a scheduling conflict during the order process that wasn’t geek squad or my fault, but he went above and beyond and came back later in order to fit our needs and get everything situated for us. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Best Buy’s service to anyone that asks!

The servicemen arrived on time.. Very professional.. Uninstalled a large heavy plasma television without any problems... Took very little time...

Purchase a Samsung 85” 8k TV. Installation was done by the Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable and friendly installation service. Mounted the bracket in a built in wall cabinet with exact spacing between the top, bottom and sides 3” around the unit. Connected all the peripheral components. Very clean, smooth, quick quality service.

Agents did a great job mounting my TV. I will be mounting another TV soon, and will call them.
