My 100 inch TV was mounted perfect and connected plus my old small 85 inch was mounted in my bedroom.

The agents mounted my big screen. They hooked up my TV and had it working in before the game.

Guys were great, very professional. Carried the 100" down to the basement and set it up.

I gave 5 stars because the uninstall (unmounting) my tv went without a hitch. I was told my the uninstallers another team would meet me at my new location. They did not. Since May I have called to have refunded my charge for mounting at my new address but have not received the refund as of yet.

The Geek Squad team in my area are excellant! Great customer service from knowledgeable personnel. The Geek Squad is my primary reason for being a Total member.

I had purchased a different wall mount - one that would bring the TV out from the wall & change viewing angles. When the Geek squad came out, they surveyed the situation and told me I did not need that because the viewing was fine without moving the TV. They had the appropriate one with them and used it. I like it much better, since I don’t need to move the TV, and it saved me money. That’s what I like about Geek Squad/Best Buy!

Geek squad is really helpful with mounting a TV display or uninstalling a TV display as well

The Geek Squad team that did my installation was fantastic. I don't know the process and they patiently walked me through the process while respecting the COVID protocols. The entire process took about 2-3 hours and it was a great learning experience for me and I didn't have to lift a finger.

The TV we had just purchased was defective. As disappointed as I was with the situation, the experience with the Geek Squad was fantastic. They were pleasant and helpful, offering advice for a replacement TV.

The Geek Squad was on time and uninstalled our old TV and installed our new and improved LG G3 77 inch TV. They were in and out in record time. They even addressed the concerns about our existing sound system.

The Geek installed my TV Mount and then made sure all my TVs worked.

No t they couldn’t leave fast enough! The female was arguementive n nasty /The two in fort myers were more friendly and helpful .

The technician was on time he introduced him self as Raleigh he was very polite. He went right to work within minutes the TV was in boxed and in place. He helped with the set up and was extremely knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything about the TV and all it features.

I am so pleased with my experience with the geek squad technicians. They were friendly and polite and unmounted the tv with ease. I wish I had their names so I could get to mount my new tv at my newly purchased house.

Geek squad arrived on time and un-installed my 65 inch TV very quickly and efficiently.

I had purchase a 75in tv that I picked up and mounted but wife didn’t like so we bought a different brand and had Best Buy exchange and deliver. The guys that picked up and delivered the tv. Was fast and easy. Friendly delivery personnel. Definitely would recommend getting your items at Best Buy for the convenience.

Did a great job on mounting and taking done my tv and have to have them come back out to but it back up , if you own a home being a total elite member saves you a lot of money mounting and instillation is cut in half to 50 dollars and it’s only 200 a year and it covers all technical support in your home as well including printers and computers as well to be fixed.
