The guys in Las Vegas did a great job both mounting and later unmounting both my TV's. Unfortunately, the Best Buy near my new location in Chicagoland is run down and unprofessional so I canceled my Totaltech service.

These guys are fantastic !! The set up was perfect and they checked out my other 4 tvs !! You got to love these men !!

They unboxed, mounted and installed a 65" tv with sped and expertise.

We were moving & needed our 75 TV dismounted (we’d used Best Buy to mount). Service was on time, communication was great & individuals were professional. We will use BB to mount two TV’s in our new home! Just makes sense!

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of mounting my 65" TV. They hid the HDMI cables in the wall and cleaned up after themselves - which I can't say for the Cox technician who installed my WiFi router. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad was unable to install the tv mounting we had originally purchased but had just what we needed on their truck. I am so glad we hired them and didn't attempt the mounting project above our fireplace by ourselves. They knew what they were doing, were efficient and professional, set everything up for us, and answered all of our questions.

I was extremely impressed by the men in the Geek Squad. They not only installed the new tv but they spent the time showing me how to operate the controls and set the receiver control so I don't have to use multiple controls when I watch tv. They answered all my questions and were constantly working while they set everything up.

The Geek Squad guys were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Took out the old tv and set up the new one so it was ready to go with the Apps we wanted.

The two agents that came to my house, unmounted my 86 inch TV very quickly. They were both professional and courteous.

The Geek Squad guys were great and they worked hard to set up the receiver and new TV. They also took down the old one and put this one up. Most things were good but the receiver disconnected from the control as was predicted by the squad guys. When I called the Geek Squad help line the guy was NOT helpful and even condescending and eventually call Xfinity for help. But I am keeping the service for future needs.
