The representatives we very professional and fast on the install 2 men showed up and plugged in the components hung the set one left and the other demonstrated the tv with me until I was comfortable cleaned up and left. Great job great product

Removal of the 65 inch TCL from my articulated mounting bracket was fast and efficient.

The first TV we purchased was too small for wall. The Geek Squad did an excellent job uninstalling our TV mount and replacing it with a stronger TV mount to hold larger TV.
