The agents took the TV off the wall and disconnected all devices. Bundled everything neatly for easy move to new house. Very professional and courteous.

Love this option we got for our 75 inch television. Oue room is rather large, so the option to swivel it up and out is great for entertaining. We didnt even realize the extension and movement we would have with this, but its easy and versatile.

Russell and his associate (didn't get her name) were awesome: fast, professional, polite, and informative.

Recently a squad member dismounted my wall tv, removing the mount as well, though leaving two screws in the wall. Od holes of course but I’m filling them in. When I get help. Tv was set on the legs it came with on table.

I had a 75" TV installed recently, Geek Squad came in were professional, protected me and them selves (Covid), cleaned up and made sure I had no questions about the install or the TV.

The two Geek Squad techs came and install my tv with no issues and gave me some advice. They arrive on time and left in a timely fashion.

Two guys from the Geek Squad safefly and effectively unmounted my 82 inch. They hamdled everything with lots of care.

Techs were on time very professional and explained all the features in simple terms!
