The installation was a tad tricky only because of the weight of the TV. I would strongly recommend that you have the professionals do this installation!

The guys were great. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They made sure all the wires were neat and they cleaned up after themselves.

They didn’t need to replace TV after all . Some magical tweaking via computer fixed the issue . Again very smart dudes .

Unfortunately the universal stand I purchased on the internet did not work with the TV I had relocated to another room so the reinstall and setup was not performed. I received a credit for the $$ paid.

The agents did a wonderful job dismounting the current TV that went bad, installing the new TV, setting it up and explaining how to operate the new TV to me.

These guys are good and they take out the guesswork of whether or not I am doing it right. Plus they do this all day long, so you know they’re doing it right.
