Yes the agent mounted my tv and connect it with the others

I thought that I was definitely overcharged for the dismount. They were in my residence for less than 15 minutes, and I had to pay a lot of money for it. The re-install went fine. Best Buy should look into giving me a store credit on the dismount.

The delivery men were very knowledgeable & helpful. They ran thru the basic use of the TV & answered all of my questions in a friendly manner.

Successfuly uninstalled a large TV and soundbar mount. No damage. Repackaged it so t could easily be stored. These technicians were thoughtful and helpful

Excellent service. Quick and effective. The team was prompt and personable.

It took some time for installers to discover the reason the old TV could not easily be dismounted from the old mounting bracket - it was installed upside down. Removing the TV after that was tricky and time-consuming, but was accomplished successfully. This service is a bit high priced, but in the end, was worth it.

I had to get 3 TVs uninstalled due to me moving the agents were prompt efficient and took great care in handling my TVs will definitely recommend this service

I bought a Samsung TV that I was unhappy with. I upgraded to the 8000 series and they came and picked up the old one. I was so happy to not have to return the TV to the store. They offered to set up the new one too.

The agent was on time . He was very careful taking the tv off the wall and putting it back in the original box . Very professional and helpful .

The gentleman took off my wall mount that I could not take off. Installed the new one the better place. New TV looks awesome the so were the guys who installed it.
