Chris 1 and Chris 2 installed our bedroom tv perfectly from start to finish. I am very particular about things being done right and watched these guys from start to finish. They were prepared, knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. They should get a raise! Best Buy should really treat these guys right because they are a golden asset to the company. They were meticulous with the entire process and kept everything neat and clean as they drilled holes in the wall in the set up. The placement is perfect and we couldn't be happier with Geek Squad. We purchased the 5 year warranty plan and member and are working them to help us plan, purchase and install another 85" TV with complete surround sound speakers in our living room. We are spending another $5,000 because of the Chris 1 and 2. We trust them with our purchase , wiring in our attic because of how professionally they treated our smaller installation. You are in great hands with Geek Squad and especially the two Chris'!

The team did a great job mounting to 65”+ TVs in two different rooms, including install of the components box and concealing the cables. They were right on time and very thorough and helpful throughout the entire experience. Both rooms look great!

We had a great experience with the 2 gentleman that came to install my new 83inch tv . They were very professional and very knowledgeable of their job ! They gave me and my wife better options for mounting our new tv and sound bar .They did a great job myself and my wife are super happy we got these gents to mount our tv!

Very professional and friendly service! My studs had odd measurements, which required cutting a part of the receptacle box to make it fit in. The trchnicians were able to do just that, and my Samsung Frame TV looks fabulous now.

Best Buy Geek Squad installed our Samsung Frame TV and soundbar including a recessed box (provided by me) that contains the TV controller. Edgar and his assistant arrived on time as planned and provided professional, expert service. They cleaned up after installation and ensured everything worked properly. Edgar also provided his mobile number in case I have any questions later. Great service by a knowledgeable tech crew. Make sure you insist on Geek Squad technicians and not a 3rd party contractor who’ll try to charge you more.

Luke and his partner were fantastic! they did everything that was asked of them and were respectful of the space they were working in. I would definitely have them do another job for me.

The guys were great and did an awesome job. They were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. We had to make a location adjustment for the tv and the guys had everything necessary so we didn’t need to reschedule. The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. The agents who did the installation were very knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to make sure a quality job was done. I was very satisfied.

Geek Squad did an incredible job and were very fast. They seemed to be upset that they couldn’t mount it on the wall because the wrong piece came with it.

The installers communicated on the scheduled day of installation. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Our older tv was switched out and the new tv was programmed and running within an hour.

You can always count on geek squad to do the right thing! They hung out tv and refunded the parts we purchased when we did not use them, without requesting it.
