Due to a technical glitch, when one item of my entire purchase was shipped to the address that is my primary residence but NOT the address of the scheduled installation, the "system" then reverted all of the other items in the install to go to my primary residence and not the location that was intended or documented. Consequently, they tried to go to the wrong address for the installation, which was more than 90 miles from the correct address. Then, when they realized the error (and after I spent more than an hour on the phone with another country's customer "service" team), they couldn't get the intentionally coordinated install re-scheduled for a few weeks later. The original date had been made to coincide with a party that we were hosting. The new, far out, date was unacceptable, and they didn't try to accommodate me. I had to let the install crew return all items (the TV being very large and cumbersome) to the store of purchase, I had to go pick it up, hire someone else to hang it for me, and try to figure out the technical aspects of the setup. This was a terrible experience. One of the most aggravating aspects was the inability to speak on the phone with a person from my home store. Talking to people in another country who are reading from a script was completely ineffective and wildly frustrating.

Due to Best buys Geeksquad incompetence and failure to provide full information about thier installation service i am now going on two months after purchasing this picture wall and it is still not installed. Best buy used to be my goto electronics store and installer, not anymore. This has been a truly forgettable experience and i just hope itcends soon

Techs were unable to complete my installation because they did not have the correct equipment. I had to do it myself the next day to avoid the long delay of rescheduling them. They were polite and respectful.

GS assembled 2 TVs and mounted them in my apartment. Set them up and thoroughly walked me through the set up and answered any questions. Arrived on time and removed all extra junk. Great set up.
