I did not have my TV mounted but the 2 men who delivered it were amazing !!!! They logged me into all the channels I needed. They were the best !!

The guys installed the tv quickly and excellently! They give great advice on products I should consider. They are very professional and are the reason I am a loyal Best Buy customer. In a world where customer service is dying, they give me hope that it isn't gone completely. Keep up the GREAT work!

The picture on our LG OLED TV is absolutely incredible. The blacks are truly black and the resolution is great. The remote has several great features including 1-click access to Netflix and Amazon Video. There are lots of apps and the TV even has a mouse pointer. I would highly recommend this product and the Best Buy Delivery/Set-up as well.

Bought a lg 65 inch tv and a sound bar along with it. Total tech membership enabled home delivery and installation free of cost. The installation of both tv and sound bar was quick and the team was very helpful.

Lets start with, we became Total Tech Members because we wanted to have a new 65" TV Delivered and mounted on the wall in our basement, if we just paid for the mounting service it would have cost $250, Buying the Total Tech for $200 was a "No Brainer' The people came out and placed the mount on my wall, and mounted the tv, VERY PROFFESSIONAL young people. a short time later, we decided to upgrade the living room tv to 65" and used the Total Tech Service again. The two people came out and delivered another tv and were just as awesome as the first team was, So I have to say for our needs, the Total Tech has paid off. I think we got our money's worth. The agents were efficient in the delivery and installation of my TV & sound bar. They took all the packaging away.

The picture is clear and not too bright. The remote is easy to use.

Did everything I needed, but the ridicule from the delivery people because I valued my Plasma and had everything hard wired (there were no smart Plasmas when I bought mine) was insulting. Best Buy should let their installation techs know that there are still plasma TV addicts out there, and it was not easy to choose a more modern TV. I like my new TV, but no one likes being judged.

THEY WERE GREAT. REMOVE OLD TV AND HOOKED UP NEW ONE TO CABLE, SOUND SYSTEM, ETC. IN NO TIME. WORKS GREAT, LOVE TV.

OK, I bought a new Fire TV, VCR, outdoor antenna and signed up for the Geek Squad. Four guys delivered the items for free, set everything up, gave me a tutorial and hauled off the old satellite antenna, within one hour. I am impressed.

The Geek Squad Members did an excellent job installing the new tv and dvd. They were efficient, pleasant and their instructions to operate the equipment were very clear and they pleasantly reviewed the instructions so I could use the equipment easily.

I had no idea how to set up all the cool gadgets I bought. I knew my husband and I needed some help from Geek Squad to help us set up our brand new TV, No regrets with Geek Squad. Super professional staff helped and we love our new tv/ tv set-up. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure we know how to get our tv to function before they left.

The agent brought 2 of the same model TVs on the same day which were determined to be defective. I ordered a 3rd from the store, different brand and model and he brought that out, set up, and took the old Tv out with him. I couldn't be happier with service,time and knowledge.

The 2 technicians did an excellent job setting up my TV, putting the TV stand together and mounting the TV to the stand. They visited me in the winter and their van got stuck in the frozen snow. They never complained. My concern is the store staff who were unable to tell me until the last minute whether the technicians would remove my old TV. They did take it for proper disposal.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful our main service technician was. He went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done properly and quickly as we were on a time crunch. We are extremely appreciative of his professionalism and kindness!
