Great setup. These two Best buy employees did a wonderful job of setup and showing us how to use this product.

The agent who removed our old TV and setup our new 55 inch Sony TV did a great job! He spent the time to make sure everything was setup, programmed our Direct TV remove control and spent time to show us the operation of all of the features.

Service technician was very professional and courteous. Set my TV up and made sure everything was connected properly. Checked to make sure all functions were set and remote control programmed to TV

Agents were fast, knowledgeable, courteous; if they hadn't shown me how to use the TV after they installed it I would still be watching a blank screen. Companies no longer send instruction/owner manuals with their products.

Arrived on time…set up my device…courteous..respectful of property..showed me how to use it and took all the packaging with them. In and out in 15-20 minutes…What’s not to like! I will use the service again!

On 6/25/18, the Geek Squad came & set up my TV. My living room was as clean after they left as it was before they got here. They came very early. It was @ least 2 hours before the appointment time. I bought furniture from a store here. Unlike Geek Squad, they didn't clean up after themselves.

Way to schedule appointment. Constant update on arrival date and time. Arrived right on time. Got to work setting up tv with necessary computer settings and streamer settings. Very polite neat with removal of old set.

The agent setup our TV and told us several things we didn’t know about this smart. He was very knowledgeable about the TV and very a pleasant young man. He toke the time to make sure we understood everything.
