Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to explain to me the working of the tv. I really enjoy my tv.

Micky and Zach were very friendly and professional in delivering and installing my tv. They set everything up, showed me how to use everything, and cleaned up afterwards. This was a very positive experience.

Initially I was not impressed with the picture on my new Samsung. The Geek Squad had delivered and set it up so I assumed all was as it should be. Eventually I got an on screen message that the resolution was not correct and had to reset it to the highest from the lowest. There was a tremendous improvement! It has a few quirks that I am learning to live with though. This morning I found it turned on and set to "setup". The cable box was not on. I managed to fix that and turn it off but 10 minutes later it was on again, this time to TV. More often this will happen, sometimes when I am watching a program, and an its landing of choice is the DVD blue ray player. No one else is here except the cat and she does not know how to use the remote. It can be spooky! I was happy to have the Geek Squad here to set up the TV because at 86 even moving such a large TV is impossible for me It was worth the $150 to have someone else take care of it...I just wish they hadn't left a gremlin here with it!

Greg did an excellent job of explaining our new Smart TV and going over the remote. He is very patient and answers all questions.

I love my new tv! The technician installed it & showed me all the bells & whistles.

If the technician only had to connect the TV and soundbar, he would have been out of here in record time. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't have the TV mounted on the wall, so setup was quick. The Whalen cabinet wasn't as friendly to him. But he was very nice and patient. I would recommend him.

The Geek Squad service delivered, unpacked and installed my TV Quickly and set everything up and cleaned up the box and the wrappings and was on his way........showed me how to use the remote and answered questions........Very patient and courteous! Thank you........

Geek Squad did a fantastic job in setting up my new 55" Bravia TV 90J. He was able to use my old receiver to hook up the TV with my Sony DVD/CD player, Sony VCR and Sony Turntable. He used an adaptor to get my VCR working and with this TV it adds an input to use and the picture quality is great! I originally was going to try and set up everything myself but was so happy I did not He needed to change out my HDMI cables and had them available in his truck so he could complete the set-up. It was worth the price to me. He was very pleasant, sense of humor, confident and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He did it very quickly, set up my remote, linked it to my wi-fi and showed me features of the TV so I could start enjoying it as soon as he was done.

The techs were friendly, professional, and made the process seamless. They gave me a demo to insure I understood the TVs operation.

My agent and his crew installed my TV without delay. It was very nice working with them. Good service. The Geek Squad came at a later date to fix the connection of my new DVD. They were very polite knowledgeable and nice,., the best!

So glad Best Buy Geek SQUAD delivered and setup my new Roku TV. No worries for me this time around. I wish I would have had them when I received my first Roku TV as a gift. Well worth the cost to have no worries.

The Geek Squad service providers represented Best Buy very well. They were courteous and professional. As they proceeded in mounting and programming the television, they explained what they were doing. In addition they showed me how to interact with the programming.

Agents installed TV on a stand along with sound bar. TV was connected to existing equipment (cable, DVD player and Firestick). The installation went well. Agent made good suggestion about using Netflix.

They did a great job. Even helped me with the programming of the DVD I also purchased new from Best Buy along with the new TV. A terrific work ethic and with warm personalities.

My house is SMALL and the agents got the huge TV in and set up, got all my devices hooked up, and got everything running beautifully. Great job!
