Geek Squad did a great job A+++ They showed up on time and set and installed in no time, walked me through the features of the tv, and how to install TV/cable apps.

The technician arrived on time, identified himself, and then efficiently did the set up and installation. Wonderful job.

Firstly, I was given the impression upon purchase that two people would be coming as the tv we were replacing, was large and very heavy, much too heavy for one person to handle. I took photos of it and showed the salesperson when I bought the new set.The person who came to set up was alone, and though he was a large man, it still was too much for him to do alone. My husband had to procure one of his workers to come to the house and help take out the old set. I was also NOT sold the HD special cord connector that I would need to use on the new set. The installer knew wiring, and connections, but when he connected the tv, it was playing in black and white and not filling the whole screen. He told us that this would clear up as soon as we get that HD cord connector. It did not clear anything up. Then we called him and he told us that it meant something was wrong with the set and we should therefore return it. We returned it afterward. However I don't think that he was knowledgable enough where the cable connections and tv connections with a VCR are concerned. These geek squad people should be trained with FIOS cable compatability as well as VCR and DVD players which he was not.

Very professional and knowledgeable techs. Explained everything thoroughly. Made sure I could operate all components. Very polite and friendly. Will definitely use again!

The guys were great. Took out the old and brought the new TV. They were fast and explained how the new TV worked.

Henry took excellent care of us. The Best Buy Team that came to our home were obviously knowledgeable and capable young men. They worked carefully and efficiently and are a real credit to the Best Buy organization and were a pleasure for us to work with. They also took the time to share their considerable expertise with us in a way that really helped us get the most out of our new TV. Thank you Best Buy! This was a good experience!

The two gentleman that came to set up our TV and sound bars, were excellent. They worked with skill, respect and timeliness. They new their stuff and were very respectful, quiet and cleaned up every room before leaving our home.

I always like when the Geek Squad come out. This is my second time using them to install a television. Both times were superb. They mounted the televisions exactly how I wanted them.

Matt did a fine job connecting & programming my remote control. It’s working quite well.

Both of the technicians (sorry I’ve forgotten thier names) were absolutely professional and courteous! They were very respectful of our house and thorough!

The technician listened to my issues and effectively responded to my needs with the recent TV purchase. He displayed the technical competence and knowledge to correct the issues I was having with the TV. Christian and Joseph were great. I am not as tech savvy as I would like and having the geek squad not only mount the TV but program it was worth the money. Even with the knowledge level there were a couple of issues that they dealt with in a few minutes. They handed me the remote and gave me instructions and I was set.

Geek Squad does a fabulous job of installation and what is more important is the great job with explanation. Not being very technical myself, I really appreciated the technician's attention to the details and making sure that I understood how to operate my new TV.

The tv was delivered in good shape and hooked up effectively. I always have my tv purchases setup by Bestbuy so that we can determine if there are any problems with the tv right away. Fortunately everything was fine.

Having had great difficulties, as previously described, getting Total Tech Support at the Novi store for my WiFi LapTop, I tried my luck at the Brighton store. I happened to meet the guy in charge of the Geek Squad for that store. When I explained that I had tried to get a Users Manual from HP for a full hour, and never even got to speak to a real person, he was eager to help. Now I have a barely operable printer at home, so that is a limiting factor too. He contacted HP and found the correct Manual. He had it printed for me right in the store, all 64 pages of it! I may still have difficulties figuring things out after I've reviewed the manual, front to back, but now, at least, I have a decent chance of getting something close to the full advantages of this excellent Laptop I purchased on March 21st.

The two-person team was great. They arrived early (with advanced notice.) They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took their tie to clearly explain things.

My TV was installed, and I was able to operate it without any problems. All my streaming apps were ready to go. The whole installation was painless.

Steven and Andrew communicated their arrival time and were here when they said they would be. They were professional and explained how everything worked in terms I understood.

They brought the tv in, unboxed it, set it up and got it operational. Even offered to take my old tv. Very well done.

The guys were early, yay, and did a great job on the installation and testing of all equipment attached to the new TV.
