I am so sorry I have forgotten the gentleman’s name who installed my TV. He was excellent, very competent, very fast, and really friendly. Really he is great and I apologize that I have forgotten his name.

Delivery, installation and set-up was fantastic. Following that, he explained the system and adjusted it to our desires and usage.

My new TV fits perfectly in my bedroom. The Geek Squad installer explained all important aspects. So pleased with with the expert knowledge.

The Agents were not only knowledgeable, neat, and efficient, but we had a lot of fun during the process. Really nice people, and they did the complete set up and explained everything.

I had ordered two tvs and wanted the geek squad to install. One of the tv's was badly damaged and they were able to get another with little effort. I had to wait a couple days but the room was not ready anyway. they did a great job in setting up and am very pleased.

Excellent service. Had three TVs installed over four weeks. All Geek Squad service (phone and in-person) was excellent. First two TVs died, third was a different brand, but everyone was responsive to the issues and provided great service.

The Geek Squad, in particular and not the subcontracted technicians, were the heroes with installing and connecting my equipment. Explained how it worked in plain english. Good experience and were quick and effective.

They made it easy, where for me it would take some time, I could do more productive endeavors and save the frustration of doing it twice. Nice guys too.

Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was efficient and did his job well. I would request him for future calls.

Erik and Otto, my Geek Squad were excellent! So knowledgeable and helpful! Erik installed the TV quickly, made sure I knew how to use it, listened and answered all my questions and even took the time to let me experiment with the TV remote so I would know my new TV before they left. They also sweetly carried my old TV stand down to my garage for me because Erik had listened when I told him that I had hated that old TV stand! They were wonderful! I would highly recommend having a TV set up by the Geek Squad.

Victor and his team member are excellent representatives of your company. Their installation was seamless and their explanation of the TV were above and beyond.

The agent unboxed and setup a new TV. Everything was done carefully and he answered all the questions I had at that time.

Nargan and crew were on time, quickly installed TV and sound bar. There was a difficult situation for the installation but Nathan and Paul did a good work around and all is great.

Knowing I couldn't personally handle a 65" TV, I felt it was my best option. I can't say I was happy with the price but 2 guys delivered and set my whole system up in 30 mins and EVERYTHING WORKS!! Not even a tiny bit of frustration! The guys were fantastic!

The tv has been great n the men that came on to install it were great. The tv is very easy to navigate

The agent arrived on time, and completed his set-up quickly and efficiently. His instruction on the use of the remote was extremely helpful.
