The two men who setup the system did a great job. they were personable and friendly. They were knowledgeable and quick but took time to make sure it was setup correctly with all the streaming services I use set up and logged into.

The Geek Squad people know their stuff. The wire-up and process of inputting the appropriate TV and sound bar settings went smoothly. They even volunteered to set up my wife's phone so images on it could be displayed on the TV screen.

They came to install my new Samsung TV. They were prompt and knew what they were talking about. We hit a snag in installation and they were able to give me the exact steps I would need to do in order to fix the problem. I followed their instructions and the TV works great.
