The picture quality is amazing for the price. The only reason I gave the review four stars is the tv's menu. Navigation takes to long.

The agents mostly Robert with assistance from Stanley did. an excellent job of setting up and mounting my wonderful new Sony Bravia Tv and explaining the remotes

They set up my new tv and got the sound bar and Comcast remote to work so everything was all good

I have used Geek Squad for help with my computer. When I purchaed my new smart TV and sound bar, I had Geek Squad set it up. Very professional service. The guys made sure everthing was working perfectly and I was totaly informed about how everything works. Well worth it!

The Geeks were great!! They came in and hooked up our new TV and showed us how to use it, since we were actually the Geeks and had no idea how a smart TV worked.

The agents were extremely professional, quick and pleasant. They brought in my new TV and installed it and set it up quickly and cleaned up the area.

The agents were courteous and connected my other components to the TV and programmed the satellite remote. They explained how everything worked and made sure I understood before they left.

The two geek squad members were outstanding. They were on time and very professional. Answered all of our questions and showed us how to work our brand new toy.

The gentleman, made feel at ease, as I had ready took out of the box and connected the feet. It was ready to be connected. Casey was so nice. I think that the right spelling. He called first, was on time.

The technician was excellent. He set up my TV and did a great job of explaining things to me. I had a couple of general questions about other TV's and he answered those also.

The agent who set up my 4K TV was excellent. The agent was very thorough and explained everything as well as checking the set and hook-ups. Everything worked perfectly and the picture is great.

The super awesome agent did a great job installing cables, wires, mounts. Brackets. Remote control and he made sure everything worked very very very well. I would hire him again. He was very knowledgeable.

The LG TV is is clear and sounds good -- and is at a fantastic price.

Delivery and installation went smooth. Friendly and helpful. Asked us several times if we needed more help. Could not install soundbar due to missing wires.

I worked w "Steve" (Ausie) who guided me with great patience and professionalism. I have never worked with anyone like him. Our journey took me through the purchase of two 55" TV's, one LG and one Samsung. Also, I had purchased a ROKU unit to be able to get a channel that I thought my LG could access vis app store. Not true. So begin again with Steve undoing information I had gotten "in store". I couldn't be happier. I rely on accurate information, as I am 83 years young and a former professor but not that knowledgeable about technology. So, I leave you with this wisdom. You are mostly young and like to work w high tech and younger patrons. Remember, some of the elders that need your help could buy your store.

When you get as old as I am, having a TV delivered, connected and setup by the Geek Squad was a real blessing. I would have bought the TV much sooner had I known this service was available.

The agents called to let me know when they would arrive ,they were knowledgeable , they made sure the T V placed in a safe area ..they made sure i was happy with tit's location They were courteous.

The 2 technicians from the Auburn store that came out to install were awesome! Very courteous and nice. Thank-you, you have great employees!

Great job by the setup techs. They were very helpful informative and patient in teaching us how to make things work.

The geek squad delivered and set up our new TV. They really knew what they were doing. Set up was quick and their tutoral on how to use everthing was clear and concise. We were given a business card and told to call anytime we had questions. They really knew their stuff!
