The Geek Squad mounted our new TV on the wall and remounted our old TV in a different location. They were pleasant and efficient. The only reason I rated the job a "4" instead of a "5" is because when mounting our old TV, they must have touched the screen along the edges and left these smear marks which I haven't been able to remove. The good news is that they don't show up when the TV is on.

James provided excellent service, is knowledgeable, and he goes the extra mile. When the set up was done, he ensured each device worked as it should. Edward and Ash were right on time, polite, professional, and patient. They carried heavy equipment up a grassy slope to get everything safely into the house without complaint and without any mishaps. Their tech savviness was evident, and they were helpful and kind in guiding me through my part in the set-up portion requiring my input. They were exceptionally customer-service oriented---Best Buy is lucky to have these capable staffers representing them. How impressive!

Although I was unable to enter the store during the COVID19 pandemic, the manager agreed to go over my order and the different options available, including in-home installation and Geek Squad warranties. I am a senior citizen and live alone so I decided to purchase the setup service for my 65" tv, sound bar and blu-ray player. The Geek Squad team was prompt, knowledgable and courteous. After the job was completed, Marco offered his business card with his direct number and suggested that I contact him if I had any issues. Since the installation, I have had a few minor issues which, as of yesterday, were resolved by another Geek Squad member. The bottom line is: I recommend this service regardless of your age or ability level.
