reason fail to show us how to work the tv's / how to nav, the screens and how to get to them... didn't leave any instruction manuels. they were great has to knowledge and setup. but couldn't set up vcrs /dvd players due to not having right connections. that was one thing i asked the sales person and he said they should have everything since you are paying for the set up and install./ i feel i paid for the connection by purchasing the install and service contact. and then they offer to run a line and power up the wall to install the tv on the wall and said they could do it for $150.00 it threw off guard... if we knew about before hand and for a lesser price would have them do it. we are thinking about it but it cost us now $150.00 plus $50.00 i am retired and need to watch my budget.

Wasn't sure where to hang my new 75" TV, but we got it done. Guys did a great job!

The Geek Squad boys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In addition to assembling the stand about 10x faster than I would have been able to do, they walked me through all the features of the new t.v. I hope Best Buy appreciates these guys as much as I do. They're exactly the kind of people who'd any business would want dealing with their clients, face to face. A million thank yous to both Geek Squaders who really made my day.

My setup was a easy one. They were fast. AND answered any questions I had. Cleaned up and removed the old TV

tv was installed works fine even has a better picture than the old 1 installers were very good and on time and showed the operating features

Installer was gracious, patient and quite knowledgeable. He answered multiple questions about features, costs of added features if we should decide to get them, limitations with our older DVD player, etc. His demo was concise and very helpful.

The installers were professional, friendly, and quick setting up the TV and sound bar.

They two guys are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. We had a problem with our internet and they fixed the problem. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Don't underestimate the importance of having the Geek Squad setup your 77 inch LG OLED TV. We almost returned our TV three days after we received it because of the problems we encountered with the quality of the color, problems with the sound quality, and constant screen "Jumping" while watching Netflix. Austin and Jeremy from the Geek Squad made so many setting adjustments not only to our TV, but also to each of our devices. It was incredible to watch the number of adjustments that needed to be made to make the TV look and sound perfect. They had a solution for the problems we had encountered and made the necessary adjustments. Don't make the mistake of trying to setup this TV yourself unless you have a considerable amount of training or knowledge.

The Geek Squad best in nation, could not do it picture quality and sound without you guys

Love my Samsung smart 50” tv in my family room. Great picture quality and price. Also use Spectrum tv app plus other apps with it. I use a soundbar so can’t comment on what’s it’s like without one. Great Geek squad set up quick and easy. Replaced a Samsung that was not a smart tv. Had issues scheduling the delivery and setup online do to online glitch. Store rep in ma helped me sort it out and scheduled it for me. I have a larger Samsung q80 in my main room with great sound and features but this one is perfect for smaller room. I have Alexa set up to turn them both on and off but haven’t been able to do more advanced things using Alexa e.g. open apps, change channel.

The agents were attentive, efficient, and patient! They set up the TV on our stand and activated the software! We were elated with them!

The TV was perfect size for our sons Bedroom, we had a Best Buy technician come and connect it to the swivel wall hookup we bought with it. He setup the TV with no problem and got it turned on and tested channels on it as well.

The technician installed my new Sony BRAVIA OLED TV and Sony blu-ray player and hooked up the cable box as well. Excellent service!
