The Geek Squad installed our new TV - a blessing for this elderly, tech challenged couple.

I'm an ongoing customer of the Geek Squad. Now all my electronics are covered under this new plan. I totally trust them to do a great job every time. The person that delivered and set up our TV was great.

they put on the stand . made sure tv turned on. wow!! I guess i got paid for.

The agent was very knowledgeable and courteous. He set up everything very quickly and answered all my questions during the process. I was very pleased.

The mounted my TV. I bought a larger mount for the TV, as it was much larger. I didn't need it, so I am returning it.

Great Job! The individual who set up my TV and paired it with the stand explained what he was doing and demonstrated the details and programs associated with the TV and also instructed me on the maintenance of the TV and the stand.

The guys were excellent and I am so glad that I had them do the set-up. The only problem is that the sound bar was on back order so when that was delivered the deliver team didn't really know how to set it up.

geek squad delivered and set up my tv quickly and seemingly effortlessly. I watched it and was glad I took their service. There was no way I could do the tweaking they performed. $ well spent.

Many would say "I can do it myself" but at 81 we needed help to get the set in place and hooked up. Tech did an excellent job of explaining operation and also answered some questions on the Sonos system we had recently purchased.
