Two men came to set up tv were complete gentlemen. They knew exactly what they were doing and installed everything with a great deal of care. Well worth the money

The agents connected the two Roku's I bought for my Panasonic Plasma televisions and patiently showed me how to use them. Very happy with this service and the two agents that came to my home.

The agent set up my new television, hooked it up with the internet, showed me how to use the remote, and hauled old sets away. He was extremely competent and very helpful.

The set-up team arrived a couple of minutes early - a positive for us as we had plans for later in the day. The set-up took less than 45 minutes (including the soundbar). The team was great at explaining the operation of our new system and was so polite. And they took all of the boxes and packing materials with them. Never knew they were here after they left.

Geek Squad is the way to go when you have electronics to be installed. They are very knowledgeable. I would never consider not using them for an install.

Originally I added this to my TV order because without it I had to pay shipping but with it, shipping was free which confused me. But regardless, I am so glad I did! They were SO helpful, answered any and all questions while installing and setting up our tv and they helped us feel even more confident in our purchase!
