Geek Squad tech delivered, unpacked, and set up my new TV in short order. He then took the old set and packing material when he left.

I bought a new smart TV (43") with new cables, surge protector. I love being able to have the Geek Squad deliver the TV (too big for my car), lift it on to my cabinet (too heavy and awkward for me to do on my own), crawl around on the floor connecting all the wires in the right places (such a hassle), setting up the TV to work on my cable remote, programming the TV to work with my internet and Netflix account (which would have been frustrating for me to figure out). Plus they tested everything and instructed me on how to use all the features. All this would have taken me hours and Geek Squad did it in 1/2 hr. I got a great deal on the set-up plus Geek Squad took away and disposed of my old TV. It's a fantastic service!

The crew was outstanding setting up the TV. They were very knowledgeable about all the fine details of making a complicated TV perfect. Worth every penny. Great job!

These guys are great! I have surround sound which I needed my new tv hooked up to. They were fast and even simplified my system. Highly recommend!

Both men were extremely helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to make our viewing experience a good one. One of the men hooked our sound bar up to my tivo. Unfortunately, after they left, I found that no matter what function I do - changing the channel. shutting t.v. off and turning back on, fast forwarding, etc. the sound is all over the place. I find myself constantly adjusting the sound and I have no idea how to fix this. I'm sure he didn't anticipate this problem and I don't hold him responsible. I would just like to know how to make the sound stable.

It was worth every dollar. The 2 guys came with my purchases and had them set up in no time. They also provided helpful tips to the operations of the TV & Soundbar.

The whole installation process, from scheduling, to updating arrival times, to arriving on time, to setting up my new TV & connecting it to my Satellite receiver, my vintage Kenwood stereo amplifier (required an RCA to optical converter, which they had on hand), and a Sanyo VCR/DVD combo was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was left highly satisfied & impressed. If there is one fly in the ointment it's that although my refurbished Sanyo VCR/DVD recorder/player plays both DVDs & VCR tapes without problems, I cannot seem to record to either tape or DVD. I don't know if this is a connection issue, an issue with the Sanyo recorder (awaiting input from Sanyo on this point), or what but mention it only for completeness.

Amazing Service. The Set up was seamless, and the Geek Squad Techs explained everything to me and took their time to make me feel comfortable.

The agent set up my TV and showed me how it worked and what I needed to do in order to add new apps.

The two men from the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The 11.2 channel Marantz/Klipsch sound system was installed to my complete satisfaction. It sounds amazing!!!

I overestimated the size TV I needed.The squad spent extra time securing it to my satisfaction. They programmed everything so all I needed to do was to turn it on. I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding service! The team showed up within their projected time frame, unhooked and removed the old TV, then set up the new one and tied it into my system. I did need an optical cable to connect the TV and the sound bar, and I got it the next day myself, but that wasn't a part of the installation package, and the TV's sound was adequate in the interim. Then the team left, taking the old TV 1with them. All highly satisfactory. Excellent job!
