Showed up on time, hooked everything up quickly and correctly. Very friendly and personable while answering all my questions. They finished up by explaining what they did and how I should use the equipment.

I like my new Samsung TV very much, however, I find the new modern remote very difficult to find what I want to watch. It took the Geek installer almost an hour to install and set up my YouTubeTV as my app. I don't wish to watch Samsung + and all the "old" tv series. I am considering switching to my google chrome remote, but haven't yet. I also think the TV is slow to turn on.

Tech was very informative. Took time to explain what he was doing. Made sure I knew how to operate TV.

The agents hooked my new TV up to my WiFi and cable box and showed me how to operate it. Easy!

Two men brought my 65' Sony TV and installed it. They hooked it up and made sure I had everything installed that I currently watch. They were very helpful.

I was very pleased with the contractor. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and polite. He was also very patient in explaining how to switch between remote devices.

The agents arrived on schedule and set up the TV and explained everything clearly.

The agent who delivered our TV and set it up for us was a magician. The TV was too long for our cabinet and abra cadabra he found another piece of furniture to put it on and did all the moving around of the pieces. He not only solved the problem, we like the room better with the furniture pieces exchanged. He was also so patient in making sure we understood how the whole thing worked!

Excellent service person. Knew the product and was able to easily explain how the TV worked. Was able to even explain some of the working of our TV cable service. Very polite and easy to talk with.

The geek squad set up the TV- sound bar- cable box- WiFi etc All in good working order. They ensured I knew how to use the smart TV and access cable as well as options such as Netflix

Geek squad delivered and installed 75” tv no problems. Had to return a previous Walmart TV that was delivered cracked. Absolutely no issues with Best Buy delivery, install and setup.

The guys that made the delivery, did the unboxing & installed it’s stand. They did a great clean-up job & disposed of the box & all packing materials. I highly recommend this service!

Geek Squad set up tv, checked settings on tv, explained remote control and removed my old tv. TV is running perfectly.

The Geek squad completed the removal and disconnect of the old TV and installed the new Sony TV, described the operation of the new remote and cleaned up quickly. A good investment.
