    Geek squad should have been notified that it will take 2 individuals to install the 65" TV over the mantel in the great room. With my help, we managed. Not the best solution for retirees. The installation was simple- not mounting...but the need for 1 persons was critical.

    Delivery on time, very minimal time taken with getting the job completed, explained the working of the new TV and took the old TV, Would definitely recommend this team to anyone,

    The Geek Squad installer was very courteous and efficient. He even hooked up our old DVD/VCR player so we can easily watch our old tapes on our new tv. Could not have asked for a better installation.

    Agent arrived on time and set up tv and checked several channels. I could not figure out how to pull up local broadcast stations and he patiently showed me how.
