Tha individuals who setup my TV were outstanding and very polite. Kyneddy Spelling is wrong.

The delivery and install person Ryan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us since we are senior citizens. He explained everything!

Install went fine. Realized later that the sound bar went off with the tv remote but did not go on with the tv remote. Called to get tech support. Got the installers cell number to call direct otherwise 2 weeks b4 tech could come. Left 2 voicemails on techs cell but got no response. Tech was scheduled to come yesterday but was sick and had to cancel the appointment. The customer service person said he would call the local office to reschedule and would get back to me later in the day, no response. Today I received an automated message saying the appointment had been canceled and I would have to contact them to reschedule. Needless to say I'm a bit frustrated.

These guys did a great job delivering and installing our TV. They were very neat, organized the cable hookups, gave a general tutorial on usage and navigation and answered any questions we had about the TV.

Squad arrived on time, moved old TV to new location and set up new TV and got all functions working and explained all features. Super personnel and super job

Had my apps up and running and even connected an antenna I'd purchased from a competitor. Explained menus and remote for my new big screen TV. Weren't rushed or condescending. Great service and well worth the cost.
