The Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made sure before they left that I was satisfied with operating the TV.

A bit too quick?

A bit too quickly since they were racing to the delivery truck in just over a half hour. We had hoped they would setup the picture to it's optimal performance. The installer said that the direct TV system took forever to reboot. So we were left with the challenge of getting the most from the display. In the end it worked out. We are constantly blown away by the exceptional vision our qm8 puts out.
