Agents connected all my devices. Did an excellent job. Very polite and knowledgeable.

The agents installed my TV on a TV stand and made sure everything worked properly. After a few days, there was a problem with the set, so the same agent returned to perform troubleshooting. He determined there to a hardware problem in the set, and he guided me through getting a replacement. The new TV was installed (a different tech was assigned) and it works perfectly. The problem we had was with the hardware, not the installer; it was he who ensured everything would be up to our expectations.

The installers did a great job. They set the TV up and showed me what I needed to know. Very pleasant young men.

This television is excellent. It's an entry level 75 inch TV, but it's exactly what I was looking for. Geek squad did everything. Thank you geek squad.

These guys are terrific. They were on time, kept us in the loop on the way over. Both guys were really good with an 86 year-old and equally as good with us. They set everything up, were as patient as we could ever have hoped for, taught us what we needed to know and were really professional from start to finish. Bought a new LB C2 65 inch tv and wanted to make sure everything is connected correctly including to my surround sound system. The Geek squad came a did a masterful job of connecting everything and setting up the picture for me. Then gave a nice training lesson on how to use my new smart tv (since this is my first smart tv). Glad to have the Geek squad there to support me.
