A friend and I previously put my Samsung 65" TV on a cabinet which was the final location. They repositioned the TV so they had access to replace a cable and setup the audio and video functions. Everything was working correctly. They even looked at my external "Alexa" which hadn't worked since Spectrum replaced my modem and router. It took a little time but finally got it working.

Geek Squad installed and set up my TV quickly and insetructed me on how to use the equipment.

Loved the home service you offered at the time I purchased this TV. Being a Samsung, I had to purchase a sound board so thank you for installing both! Made my life a lot easier.

Geek Squad was very professional answered all my questions and the install was done in probably 45 minutes time I highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup like mine.

Service man was friendly, but, didn't want to stay and explain things to me. Was in a big hurry. I would recommend to a friend anyway, he might have been having a bad day. Otherwise, I have always had good luck with Best Buy service.

The install was very smooth, Dude knew what he was doing and got-er-done. He also gave me some training which I could have used more of, but it's a pretty user friendly system

The young man who came to install my TV did a thorough job and together we solved a problem that was my fault. I was very pleased with the result. My only problem is the remote for the TV did not come with instructions, so several times when odd things come up, I have to hack around to get back to the cable TV that I watch.

The techs who setup my neww Android Hisense TV were super knowledgeable and nice. They worked quickly and efficiently to install my tv.

The agents mounted by TV and installed it professionally. Also suggested I get an updated cable box to except 4K video.

Just let the trained tech experts set up TV and explain how to use your TV control instead of spending time and frustration. A definitely worth addition.
