    The unpacking and setup was great except for one thing - Geek Squad didn't tell me I needed to update the operating software. Seems basic but this is the first tv I've owned in 15 years so they were all old-style. It was my internet provider who suggested the update. The guys were friendly and neat.

    The Tech re-routed the internet cable and set up the TV very quickly and went through the menu sequence a couple of times to ensure I understood. Great service.
