The installer, I don’t remember his name, was very helpful, easy-going and kind to my 93 year old mother.

I'm a picky customer and I'm very satisfied. Technician was on time and did more than I expected. He did a very sanitary installation.

Very clean setup. Removed my broken sony and replaced with working Samsung

They were on-time, quickly set my new tv up, cleaned up the mess & hauled out my old tv's to recycle, were clear on basic setup and were courteous.

The two gentlemen that installed the flat screen TV wall mount and ran the wiring through the wall could not have been nicer. The install was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves!

The agents let me know when they were near my home and they called to give me a choice of having the TV delivered sooner! They entered with their mask on and removed my old TV and set up my new one. They also explained how the remote control worked with the Xfinity and where to go and find things. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! I needed to have my TV connected to my sound system. That entailed taking it off the wall, not a 1 person job. The tech knew what he was doing, got it done in minimum time.

The person that came for the installation was very knowledgeable and courteous, he did above and beyond to install and program TV before leaving, we had some problems with my cable network connection and he waited while I was talking to the network company for help.
