The Geek squad arrived as scheduled and were very personable. Installation was done very efficiently and all trash was carried away. Appreciated they wore footies on my new carpet.

Quick and simple…great job! Tech explained TV setup and functions

Agent was very friendly, showed up on time, set up the TV and showed me how to navigate.

Jose did an excellent job connecting up our TV. Appreciated the updates as to the time he would arrive as well as his advice.

The two guys who set up our Samsung tv did an excellent job of explaining how the new tv and remote worked.

The tech, Richard, came at the appointment time and did a very good job installing a new TV.

The installer was great to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions.

The agents were simply great. They unpacked and set up our 85" tv, took out the old one, removed all the boxes and packings quickly. They set up the TV, including all the internet connections. This involved moving the large fireplace that the TV sits on, rerouting the electrical cords and making sure the (old) amplifier works. They showed us how to use the remotes, so that when they left we were comfortable with all the new electronics. They went above and beyond the expected.

Technician was excellent and showed how to use the smart TV!

My wife and I decided to have the Geek Squad set up and connect our new smart tv with the new sound system from Samsung along with paring the remotes. The Geek Squad members were very knowledgeable and professional about their work and very fast in completing the service. They explained all details and operation of the equipment. Myself I was very happy with their service as being in my 80's I couldn't be more happy than to have a service available like the Geek Squad to do the lifting and set up of my 65" tv and our sound system!
