The installer did an awesome job. My husband and I were extremely pleased. Normally we do not have items installed but we were glad we did. Well worth the cost!

GEEK SQUAD CAME UP AND HOOKED IT UP THROUGH MY KLIPSH SPEAKERS AND IS EXCELLENT

The Geek Squad delivered and set up our new 70 inch TV. They also attached our DVR and cable boxes so we only need one remote control to operate all of our devices.

Great on time installation of new Samsung TV & sound bar

Geek Squad Technician Kosta Kontovas was a excellent technician. From the time he called to inform when he would arrive, to setup, cleanup and detailed instructions on how to operate my new tv and sound bar. What a pleasure it was to have a technician who was professional and who cares about the customer. He is an asset to Best Buy. He saved us from never ever using Best Buy again.

I like my GeeK Squad technician named, Riley. He set everything up to our liking, and then taught us how best to use the TV and Sound Bar to its' best use.
