The technicians were great. The "less than excellent" rating is assessed because the sound bar blocks the power button and the remote has to be handled differently to turn the power on and off. A second visit from the Geek Squad and a different technician showed me how to overcome the blockage of the power button to turn the TV on and off with ease. All technicians should know this and educate the customer.

3 experiences since Nov 12th. 2 Geek squad techs delivered and installed my 65” TV. Moved another TV, another agent synced my Oticon hearing unit after researching it before he came. 2 Geek squad agents came to my home for a proposal on a universal remote and Sonos unit to sync surround sound. The Geek Squad installed our new 55” TV and DVD player. They were efficient and also friendly. They moved our old TV and DVD player to the basement. Everything works great. I would highly recommend them.

I am only giving this 5 star to the gentleman that came out to deliver and connect my TV. He was a contractor and nit from the geek squad. I was so dissapointed with the geek Sqaud service I recieved at the Bowie store. I am happy that the company trued to eleviate the unprofessional service by giving me a guft card and starting my geek sqaud plan the day of my new TV delivery. The contractor was professional and timely, he even connected my Internet to my TV.

Great job installing or 65" TV! They were on time, had everything we needed and even downloaded all the apps we use!
