    This is the first time i made a purchase of a TV and Sound bar and had Geek Squad set up everything for me. Ramon was excellent. He came first of all and covered his boots with a cover because it snowed which was quite a surprise to me. He made some adjustments and picture and sound was great. He explained everything to me how to use the functions. He did not rush, he made sure I understood, everything, I'm a senior and I appreciate him taking his time. He's a plus to your company.     The contractors are great, professional and friendly. The tv is heavy but not crazy, it’s more the large size makes it difficult to handle. Let the movers handle it so if anything breaks you’re covered.
