The agents mounted my TV, connected to Sony receiver and tested to see that it was working correctly.

This service saved me a lot of time. Technicians were knowledgeable and quick. Very professional. And they cleaned up after themselves!! Strongly recommend this service.

Tech wass courteous and competent. However, he showed up unannounced 5h orior to the beginning of my scheduled time range, catching me off guard and not cable to organize my complete list of preparatory issues/questions. Said he had to make a rush trip to Oklahoma so I was on the way. Did not hook up my DVD player and seemed anxious to adjust an issue when he thought he was thru even though he did fix the issue.

I would HIGHLY recommend geek squad service. MATT through Geek Squad was extremely helpful and even went over and beyond to get my daughters t.v. and directv syncing properly.

This is definitely worth every penny to get the best picture & audio from our new tv. Way better than the settings straight from the factory.

The guys were great that setup my TV. they were great at showing me how to use the remote. I am 82 and I needed help.

TV works great but I do not understand why when the DVR was supposed to be a Freebie with the purchase of the TV. No explanation why it wasn't installed with the TV or at least delivered. The TV was installed and works well.

The men showed up on time and were very organized. They installed our 70" tv on our wall fast with no problems. There is no way we could have done this ourselves. They made sure we were hooked up to everything. Showed us how to use our new remote and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly. Took the box with them to dispose of for us. Well worth the money to have them deliver and install.
