The service team quickly and professionally installed my TV and had the part that it required to complete installation.

I can't say enough good things about the service provided by the Geek Squad. They and us wore our masks as they delivered/installed our new 4K TV; moved our other TV to another room; installed our new HDMI to RCA Converter on yet another (oldie but goodie) Sony TV which allowed us to attach a Firestick (and cut the satellite cord). They took their time to be cautious with everything they moved and set up our two new 4K Firesticks and assisted us with setting up our YouTube TV on the new TV.

Respectful of our home in delivery and cleanup. Successful connection of all devices. Nice job teaching us operating details.

The Geek Squad subcontracted the installation of the TV and soundbar to another company and we weren’t pleased with their services. Overall they weren’t anywhere near as professional as the Geek Squad personnel are. One out of the three of them knew what he was doing and the other two must still be training. He actually had an unpleasant body odor and sat on my upholstered furniture without asking permission. We do understand how to work the TV as a result of his instruction. They asked us to dispose of the TV and soundbar boxes! I was handed a paper survey form to fill out after they finished their instruction so they could return it to their boss!! This should have been handled via email or text message. I gave them a better review on this form than they deserved to avoid getting involved in an argument with them. Whoever owns this company needs to upgrade their services.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The intall was smooth and everything was correctly set up the first time. Highly recommend this service.
