Geek Squad did a very good job eating up my TV and connecting all my streaming devices. They were here for an hour and 15 minutes for setup. They connected my cable and my Apple TV 4K. They also set up my sound bar. Good job overall.

Geek squad! They are very professional know what they are doing take the worry out of setting up your electronics and they are respectful of your home !

The guys were super helpful with the set up -- particularly in helping us figure out how to use Spectrum with the Roku, so we don't have to use quite so many remotes.

The Geek Squad installed my tv , and my Denon receiver , and my new blu ray player. It was a very good idea to have them install it perfectly.

Apparently the wrong cable wire was hooked up - - when the correct one was identified, my picture was improved tremendously

Installer picked up T.V. at Best Buy, delivered it, and set it up. He didn't leave until everything was working perfectly.

The geek squad serviceman set up our 50" sony tv very quickly and efficiently. He adjusted the color to where we thought we were almost in the picture as they are so real. We are very please with the technician and will buy another tv in the future from BB.

You did everything, including carrying the heavy TV stand up a flight of stairs with a smile on your faces. You set up the 75 inch TV quickly and you guys are unbelievably nice. Everything works great. Thank you very much for your hard work!

Delivery men arrived on time. Took TV from shipping carton. Attached legs to TV. Placed TV on table, attached all cables. Turned TV on and made necessary settings with use of remote controller. Removed all packing material and cleaned up area. Placed old TV and trash in truck and departed. Estimate 30 to 45 minutes total time. Good job with offer to assist if needed in future.
