They did not "talk down" to us and acted as if there was no place they would rather be than help us with our new "toys". We were absolutely blown away by their product knowledge and their patience with all our questions. They performed well beyond our expectations! Kudos to the Geek Squad.

Yea for the Geek Squad

They easily and quickly set up my new tv and programmed it for me. One explained the use of its simplified remote which I really like. They took away the old tv and were here only about 20 mins. Both agents wore masks and shoe coverings which I appreciated. Two friends had used this set-up service and highly recommended I do the same. I heartily agree!

Excellent Geek Squad experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and good representatives for Best Buy. They answered all questions we had and made good suggestions for TV care/usage going forward. A very pleasant experience.

Basic Setup Went Well

Wasn't afraid of my dogs and took care to put booties on over his shoes. Pretty much had everything ready to go in about 30 minutes or so. No issues.
