Geek Squad quickly unboxed and set up the TV. They made sure everything worked, then cleaned up all packing materials. No complaints.

The two gentlemen who came to set up my new TV and equipment knew their stuff. In no time all the new equipment was set up - ready to go - gave me an introduction and were on their way, They even took away the two ton old TV I was replacing.

The home set up plan is the only way to go unless you have above average technical ability. The techs are knowledgeable, and excellent at install .

The installer was very competent and professional. He replaced our existing wall mount and made sure the new one was level and securely fastened to the wall. We opted for a fixed mount. He went through all of the set-up procedures and explained how to use the remotes. My wife was initially concerned about the cost, but after seeing the finished results she agreed that it was a good idea to have it done by the Geek Squad. Very pleased with the outcome.
