Our Geek Squad installer was just the best! He was so kind and so knowledgeable and so good to explain things and make valuable suggestions to us.

Unbelievable quality and picture. Geek squad did a fantastic job delivering and setting up my TV I was however not happy about the late delivery

There were 2 techs. Not sure if relevant but I was originally the last stop until the lead tech received a call to go back to a previous call. I set up most of the equipment so all they had to do was plug in 3 power cords and an HDMI. He did some programs, handed me 2 of the remote and instructed me to put them away I wouldn’t need them. AlexA was not hookup/programmed, no instructions except how to run it in and off. I purchased a Blu Ray player and while setting it up I received messages that I wasn’t connected to the Internet. I called Geek Squad and the CSR transferred me to the “expert” on this. I explains the issue to the expert and he needed to place me on hold so he could ask a colleague. When he returned, he went into what appeared to be a script explains I had an issue with my Internet and I need to call that provider. I didn’t interrupt him so he could continue to make up answers. I finally stopped him to ask if he knew what Geek Squad installed, he said he did. I then asked if he knew how wireless sound works and again he answers yes. So I explained to him that my sub and rear speakers are all wireless therefore they need Wi-Fi which requires Internet. That system was on and working as I was being lied to. Out of frustration I asked for a supervisor. By now I was already on the phone for half an hour without a resolution and now I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes. I paid $200 for this? They plugged in 4 cables. I assembled the speaker stands and hooked up the FIOS cable to the TV. They didn’t have to hang anything on the walls and I had all the speakers in place. Soundbar on the TV stand, rear speakers on their stands and the sub behind the TV. So for my money I received 4 cables plugged in and zero customer service which I was told was unlimited for 30 days. I should have saved my $$$)

Very satisfied with the service. Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful in explaining all the features of the product.

Guy was knowledgable and hooked everything up and set every thing to my internet, surround sound, and blue ray player. Good Job

Amazing service, set up my TV quickly and professionally.

A single mom family member in another state needed a new HDTV. Since I couldn't buy them one, install it and remove the old TV I let the Geek Squad handle it. The Geek Squad delivered the new HDTV, removed the big heavy TV and installed the new HDTV on the wall. They even setup the wifi, and got everything going. Then they hauled the old one off and disposed of it. Great service that was easy to use.

The tech guys were polite at arrival and connected my TCL. They made sure that everything was working properly with my new TLC 4K TV.

goodIs Greek life really worth it? There are many advantages when it comes to joining a fraternity or sorority. Greek life is a great way to meet new people, gain leadership skills, and build lasting connections — and then there's also all the parties and events you'll be attending.

The agents set up 2 t.v.'s and programmed them for me. Only thing they didn't do was leave written instructions for all the different ways to use my DVD but I will figure all out and if I can't I'll call.

The Geek Squad service-installation was absoutely outstanding.They provided me with all of the nessesary instructions for operating the TV and gave me tips to keep it working properly.
