    I really like this Samsung TV, but rather than mounting it on the wall I chose to keep it on its pedestal. It looks really nice in my home and I am happy with its performance thus far. The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job of setting the TV up for me and guiding me through how to use it.

    The two installers that delivered my LG 65" CX OLED TV did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the set up process to me as they were setting up the TV. I don't know about you but I would rather pay Best Buy the delivery and set up fee that to try and do it my self. After all if the delivery or tv is bad Best Buy makes good on replacement. If I do it myself I own the mistake or damage to the tv.

    The total geek squad team from Tom in the store, to Doug and Kenny , the review and estimating team that came to the apartment, were outstanding in their commitment to the philosophy of customer first. Their technical skills were impressive as the pointed out that our tv/internet/Sonos issues were programming related, not equipment related.
