    The agent moved my cumbersome old TV and set it close by. He unpacked and placed my new TV on my designated site. He then connected it to my devices while doing the proper setup of the TV itself. He thoroughly explained any questions I had and removed the original box & packing. I was very satisfied with the experience!

    Geek squad tech, Matt, was great! Explained everything, professional, polite and patient! Fee charged for service I think is a bit high though.
