Geek Squad agent was great Scheduler was terrible

The customer service dept. who did the scheduling was terrible, changed my delivery 5 times. It took a month to get the TV I bought in person at Best Buy. I see no value in being a member

TV was installed quickly, professionally.

One opened the box, the other put the parts together. They worked as a team, and installed the TV very quickly, explaining each step to me as they went. They explained operation of the TV, programed it to my cable service and DVD, and explained that as well. They cleaned up all the packaging and took it away, leaving my room clean and in perfect order.
