When we discovered that it wouldn't fit on the stand, he looked up another tv that would, exchanged it and returned the next day to install it. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he install the tv but he hooked up the DVR, the Amazon fire stick, and wrote out instructions for us. He could not have been nicer. I highly recommend him, not only for Geek Squad and Best Buy, but as a person.

SUPER HELPFUL HELPERS!!!!

I did change to "feet" on the tv and he showed me an alternative to fit my situation and it works GREAT!!! He returned to install the new "feet". SO Helpful and caring!!!!
