Tv set up as required. Great picture and sound quality. Easy to pair TV with cable modem, but took a while. Some hidden features on the TV menu that I found on You Tube. I recommend You Tube for TV information.

The installer called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he unloaded and installed the tv and sound system very quickly and made sure I understood how to control both. Very nice and polite!

Overall, I had an easy setup requirement - it went on a TV stand that he had to assemble - no wall mounting. He turned on the TV and did the basic setup to get it going. All the basic steps were mostly complete with minor things left off but no big deal. I still had to spend time on my own to adjust all the picture settings and among other things to truly complete the setup. I would say if you are dealing with a big TV, then do the service, unless you are big strong guy and not planning on any fancy mounting.

The Geek Squad crew were very professional, very knowledgeable and simply made the set up easy. Then they took the time to show me how the new technology works in a way that was easy to understand and remember. Then they clean up and hauled the old euipement/baxes llt.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They unpacked and installed my TV in a manner of minutes which included the WIFI. They went over all the functions of the TV. They answered all my questions which left me with a quality product. And, they hauled my old TV away which was a help to me. Overall, a great experience with the technicians!!

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad's free TV installation service. They arrived right on time and did a very good job. The team carefully measured everything to ensure the TV fit perfectly in the living room. They also made sure the TV was working properly and updated with the latest software. What I really appreciated was that they cleaned up everything afterward—taking all the boxes and styrofoam with them—so there was no mess left behind. Overall, a smooth and professional service. Purchased Geek Squad delivery, installation and setup for LG C4 OLED 55" TV and LG SC9S soundbar. The technician was very knowledgeable in the setup of both the TV and Soundbar and explained the setup to me as he completed each step. He demonstrated the TV/soundbar and assisted in getting a my apps setup. And he also setup the remotes for both the TV and my COMCAST dvr - and taught me how to avoid the annoying aspects to the LG magic remote. Can't say enough about how excellent he was in communicating with me and getting my new system setup.

I had a 77 inch TV delivered. The two technicians were very precise and professional. I had to buy a separate stand because the TV did not have one. The stand lacked hardware, but the technicians had extra in there bag which they use. They got the job done and did it well

First OLED and will never go back to regular LED again. Wide angle sharp focused picture. Deeper blacks and vibrant colors. Game play with ray tracing playstation 5 is superb. Had Geek Squad deliver and setup. Worth the cost.

The squad guys showed up on time, went about their work applying their experience to programming the Comcast remote and cleared the box when done. There was no way I could have done this with only my wife helping. They definitely had the experience to get this job done professionally.

The Geek Squad from BEST BUY is terrific. Not only did the technician show up on time, but was so efficient my new tv was set up in less than 30 minutes. It would have been even faster if I hadn’t asked so many questions which he answered so that I understood his answers .

The young man, who did the set-up was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I had been disappointed with Geek Squad in the past, but he redeemed them!

The agent unboxed my new TV, put it on my entertainment center, and made all the connections (power, HDMI, coaxial cable). He then set up my remote controls (TV and DirecTV), showed me how to download a streaming app, and showed me how to use it. He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

After previously buying and setting up tv with another vendor, discovered operating system wouldn’t function, and we had to find a way to get tv back to seller ourselves. Having learned our lesson we bought same tv at best buy using their home delivery and set up. They set tv up efficiently, and connected all external devices and remotes to work with it. The only thing they couldn’t accomplish was getting our old sound bar to work with it. We found tv sound adequate, but you should investigate whether your sound bar has proper connections, or just buy the one that goes with it.

I think we got the best agents they have. They set up everything TV Sound Bar Cable and DVD. They were professional and very neat and accommodating. They took they time to make suggestions and set up everything perfectly They went over every remote and function with both of us. Having them do this was the best decision

They showed up as scheduled, they were very quick, they were very knowledgeable and completed everything in a timely manner. They were friendly and respectful of my home. They provided excellent service. Great service from them was much appreciated.

The agents who came to install our television were professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and made us feel comfortable as they set up and explained how to use the remote. We’re both 81 and not too tech savvy but we could do the things they showed us after they left.
