    Set up went fine. The spectrum control was a little challenging. Did not work properly on first visit. Second visit was a success after a lengthy process that finally got the control to work integrating The sound bar, the Tv and the cable box. Good Job by all.

    Our agent Darren was highly competent with thorough knowledge of the services to be performed. There were three TVs and 3 sound-bars to install and other equipment that had been hooked up to our previous TVs. He was pleasant and friendly. We felt that he was an expert. He showed us how to do various things with the remote, which is so important with today's smart TVs. We were totally satisfied with the work he did.

    Geek Squad service is outstanding. I've used it for computer, printer and tn installation in this lol at year. And I've used it for both computer and printer concerns as well. Love the friendly and professional techs. And the great service.
