Excellent service
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Trent and Dan removed my old tv. They set up the stand and hooked up the tv, sound bar, blue ray player, and satellite receiver. They also reset my home stereo. They advised me to get a new satellite receiver to get the best performance out of my new set up. After connecting everything, they explained how to use everything and answered all of my questions. Trent also gave me his cell # in case I had problems after they left. An outstanding job by the both of them.

Professional team, no hassle set-up

Its a couple hours of work, and if I messed up I didn't want to have warranty problems. This took the worry and hassle away and the TV was installed without incident.

Geek Squad had the TV up and running quickly

He installed our sound bar and adjusted it to work properly. He made sure all the apps worked and showed us how the menu worked. Made sure all the updates were downloaded. He was very thorough and polite.

LOVE Geek Squad!

We're a senior couple and not exactly tech-savvy these days. They were fun, informative, kind, and patient. I never had the feeling that they were in a rush to get to their next job.
