The agent took his time and setup everything that needed to be done. He did an excellent job.

My Geek Squad man (I think his name was Brandon) did a great job installing the TV, had the proper "feet" for it (since the ones that came with the TV didn't fit my stand) and patiently showed me how to use both remotes and switch back and forth. He was great!

We are glad we chose the geek squad. They were punctual and polite. They worked well with each other and cleaned up after.

Johel checked the TV installation and made the appropriate adjustments for our needs. He took the time to explain the workings and also gave us troubleshooting recommendations as this is the first LG TV for us. Johel is personable, efficient and professional. He is an asset to your company and should be considered as a valuable employee. Wish we could give him more than 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the subcontractor that Best Buy sent to do the installation of this TV. Communication is great I arrived. They said they would and he did all he could to get the job done right frankly I was more pleased with this service, and I was from the more recent tech-support from Best Buy direct employee representative! That said, generally speaking, I do like having your tech support, which I know I’ve had for four years

The geek squad guys were great. Efficient, nice, and explained things well.

TV got connected,however I had a 7:00 A:m -1:00p;m WHEN 12:30 came around & I heard nothing,I checked online,it said the 3rd party delivering was running a bit late.So I waited,then @ 2:15 & nothing I called, Geek squad & was told they would be Late.They were already Late.Finally @3:15 I got a call saying they were on their way. I was VERY disapointed that I waited all day for my delivery.Not even a phone call to let me know they were going to be Late,annoying.

Installation was just OK. Having trouble with Power button on cable remote to turn on TV & DVR. Little to no explanation. Expected more for the service price & Geek Squad.

We are so happy that we had Geek Squad install our new smart TV. They helped us understand all options and made sure we had the equipment needed to get the results we were looking for. These agents were not leaving until everything was PERFECT! They took the time to explain how to operate each piece of equipment until we got it. (No easy task!) While they were here, they were like family. So nice and helpful. Far exceeded our expectations!

The guys were excellent and they did all to be expected and more.never seemed rushed and did a really great job.
